Katie has extensive knowledge in Compliance and Certification Processes. Her leadership skills have fostered an environment where she has created an efficient team that has proven results in all areas of medical practices and facilities.
She is dedicated to providing a positive business culture which has successfully resulted in long term relationships with clients and retention of employees.
Karen has over 30 years of management experience in Medical Practices, Laboratories and Durable Medical Equipment. She has her certification as a Certified Medical Practice Executive through the Medical Group Management Association as well as being an active member with the Michigan Chapter of the Medical Group Management Association. She is also a Fellow with the American College of Medical Practice Executives.
Karen has extensive background in medical billing in various practices specialties. Her ability not only is confined to billing and accounts receivable, but also being able to go into a practice and evaluate and review processes front to back in a medical practice to increase efficiency.
Tammy has 18+ years experience in billing, coding, medical office management and medical assisting. Her background includes positions as a clerical & clinical medical assistant, medical biller, collections specialist and billing manager.
She is very knowledgeable of HIPAA regulations, EHR systems and medical/insurance terminologies. Her expertise is working on litigated claims in which she maintains relationships with multiple law firms in order to obtain the highest reimbursement for all settled cases.
Ashley has over 20 years of customer service experience in various industries. With a strong dedication to helping customers and patients resolve issues, she is able to solve problems quickly and efficiently while developing high-quality relationships with an empathetic approach.
Ashley exhibits exceptional communication and leadership skills to ensure a high level of satisfaction amongst her customers and peers. In addition to customer service, Ashley also has 4 years of medical billing and 10+ years of medical insurance verification experience.
Marie has 10+ years of experience in customer service in various healthcare systems. She received her RHIT in 2016 and is a member of AHIMA and ATS. She is knowledgeable in HIPAA compliance and has over 7 years of experience in billing and coding.
Marie exhibits an extreme attention to detail which helps to keep her organized and goal focused. With her positive leadership capability, she successfully manages Strive’s verification & billing teams and ensures all processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
